Quick rules refresher
- Each call names a hand or foot and a color — put that body part on any open circle of that color.
- Air means that hand or foot goes straight up, touching nothing.
- Task means the caller invents the move — a color, a body part, and usually something silly.
- Falling, or touching the mat with a knee or elbow, puts a player out.
- Never lift a limb off the mat unless a new call sends it somewhere else.
